Policy
-A $40 NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOUR SESSION. SESSION WILL NOT BE BOOKED UNTIL RETAINER IS PAID. REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE AT TIME OF SESSION.
-IMAGES DELIVERED BY T. SMITH PHOTOGRAPHY MAY NOT BE EDITED, CROPPED, OR RETOUCHED IN ANY WAY (ex. Filters, grain, b&w, etc.)
-TRAVEL FEE WILL APPLY FOR ANY TRAVEL THAT EXCEEDS 30MILES. SEE TRAVEL FEE GUIDE FOR PRICING.
-GALLERIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR 30 DAYS. IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO DOWNLOAD ALL HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL IMAGES WITHIN THAT TIME. AFTER 30 DAYS T.SMITH PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST IMAGES.
-SESSION STARTS AT THE TIME THAT IS BOOKED AND NO LATER. (Ex. If 30 min session is booked for 6:30-7:00 and client arrives at 6:45 the session will still end at 7)
-NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN 100% PAYMENT UP FRONT IN ORDER TO BOOK A NEW SESSION.

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Depending on what session fits your needs/wants best, each session has between a 1-4 week turnaround time.
How do you take payment?
I take all payments via exact cash, Venmo, or cashapp
What area do you service?
I am local to central OK but will service surrounding areas with an added on travel fee.
